Anshan Sun Locus HV Components Corp.,Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers
in China for manufacturing plastic-encapsulated high-voltage silicon
diodes. The production lines and technology were introduced from the
USA. Wide range of voltage types is available from 4KV to 20KV while
current range from 5 mA to 450 mA as well as the reverse recovery time
is equal to or less than 100 nano-second. The diodes are epoxy encapsulated
axially with the body which have the smaller body sizes and are suited
for high density, high voltage rectification such as TV sets, computer
monitors, micro-wave ovens, X-Ray machines, air cleaners and laser power
supplies, etc..2CLZ series high-voltage diode assemblies are available in the power supplies such as dewatering equipments, static electricity dust collectors and X-Ray machines, etc.. The voltage range is from 30KV to 200KV as well as current range from 0.1A to 2A. Our Products are largely exported abroad. The factory won the ISO 9001 certificate. ˇˇ |
